Workshop Participant Terms & Conditions
OCW Arts & Publishing Foundation / Vancouver Art Book Fair
By registering for and attending this workshop, participants agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Code of Conduct
All participants must behave respectfully toward facilitators, staff, and fellow attendees. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the workshop without refund.
2. Health & Safety
Participants agree to follow all health and safety guidelines in place at the venue. Individuals should not attend if they are unwell or unable to safely participate.
3. Photography & Media Consent
Workshops may be photographed or recorded for promotional or archival purposes. By attending, participants consent to the use of their image or likeness unless they notify organizers in writing in advance.
4. Liability Waiver
The organizers are not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the workshop, except where required by law.
5. Changes & Cancellations by VABF
The organizers reserve the right to modify workshop details, including facilitators, schedule, or location, or to cancel the workshop if necessary. Participants will be notified of any significant changes and full refunds will be issued in event of cancellation.
6. Registration & Payment
Registration is non-refundable but transferable. If you wish to transfer your spot to another person, please e-mail us at info@vancouverartbookfair.com
7. Agreement
By registering for the workshop, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
